While heads of government, foreign ministers and international bodies meet behind closed doors to discuss the international strategy on Afghanistan in Bonn, here we are hosting the Big Bonn Conversation on Twitter.  This is a chance for experts, activists, the public, policymakers and journalists in Afghanistan, Bonn and around the world to pitch in on what they think the delegates at the official event should be discussing and agreeing.

We are calling on the German Foreign Ministry, as hosts of the conference, to ensure the conference leads to positive action and not just words for the Afghan people.
